They have arrived!

Yesterday was a public holiday by me for the arrival of the Indians.
They went through so much being indentured laborers, treated like slaves and barely being paid dirt. What we are today is owed to them.

Horton heard a who on our way to tea. Dr.Seuss pins 6 for $1, Target, dollar aisle.

Lilly pin from the 'Under the stars clutch'. So glitzy is almost tacky, but a little (key word being little) tacky never hurt anyone.

This goes to show that, if you have a large pin collection like me, you can jazz up your canvas clutch any way you like. For me, I used the holes in the leather.
The second photo shows all that I have, and obviously my camera, money and maaaaaaybe my phone if I remember or Mum tells me to.

I made a short trip to Barbados for gymnastics, but I didn't compete, I went for moral support.

Unfortunately I was surrounded by people in crop tops and Pastry shoes. Eww!

But I had a good time none the less!

Exciting things in store

I guess I owe you an apology.
Sorry for my little break but do you know what it is to have about 8 projects given and due in the space of 4 weeks?! I'm currently working on my 3rd history project for this term!
One of my avid readers sent me a message, "Mimmyums was on a three week hiatus and I was checking everyday to my disappointment". Terribly sorry. :(

But fear not!

I have some exciting things in store!
Trips to various places in the world beginning with 'b', Asian tea festival, high tea involving a chocolate fountain, gymnastics meet (tomorrow) and a stall in a monthly food and craft market.

Meggyums, the fashion police of annapolis

Meggyums is in Annapolis this weekend for sailing semi-finals. Look at some of the messages she has sent us!

• an old couple just showed up. The mum is in a vv shirt with a popped collar and the dad has on the green fleet smathers and branson belt.
• I can't handle how preppy everyone is.
•  unfortunately I'm dressed like an Easter egg
• My outfit is a little too Mimi prep for here. They are more nautical in Annapolis.
• There were these two little girls running around in pink and green lilly dresses today.
• There's a baby running around in a monogram pink and green dress.
• There's A girl here in Mimis lilly skirt [the new one she wants to steal] and nude ballets. And another in a high waisted navy polka dot skirt.
• I'm just reporting that Mimmyums belongs here
• The sailors from Dartmouth are in front of us at security. I coordinate with them. One of the guys and I even have on the same shirt. My team looks homeless.
• Well the guy that had on the same shirt had on light blue pants and a yellow belt. I have one yellow pants and the vv belt.
