It's Christmas, say Noel!

What's up, avid readers?
Enjoying all this holiday cheer?
What you're Jewish? Muslim? Hindu?
Well whatever you are i know you still celebrate Christmas. Easy way to get presents! Duh!
But this time of year you can see A LOT of fashion misses. And of course lots of cute, holiday hits!
Bold but cheerful. In. Don't try to go bold and do something completely outrageous. You'll look like a fool.
Still, don't be afraid to 'gift wrap' your hair. Take some wire edged ribbon and tie it around your pony, use it as a headband, tie it at the end of your braid. Be bold but stylish.
Yet still you can go all out in decorating your house and 'fashionista-ize' your house.
Make all your decorations match or coordinate, even keep the scheme going when wrapping your gifts.
Let your creativity shine on at gift wrapping time. Whip out that glue gun and show everyone what a wiz you are with it. Try out different styles of wrapping presents. If it doesn't work out, try again! In the end you'll end up with something completely amazing. Let those creative juices show through those gifts baby!

Half a finger!!!!

OK.
Call me, Mimmyums stupid.
You can say I cut off half my finger.
So i was cutting a pig shaped moon cake for my dad. I was sawing and sawing and not getting anywhere. Then I look down and i was no longer cutting the moon cake, but MY FINGER instead! It started bleeding and I ran off. That cut probably bled for about an hour STRAIGHT.

                      NOW I HAVE A CRATER IN MY LEFT THUMB!

I, Mimmyums, recently visited Meggyums in  her home hundreds of miles from mine. Her home happens to be a tiny island, off a tiny island, off the coast of Texas. The tiny island off Texas happens to be called as Galveston, known for it's beaches.
In my opinion, by far the most beautiful place on Galveston island is a street called 'THE STRAND'. It's Galveston's historic district filled with quaint coffee shops and beautiful old-timely buildings. Just off the strand was a lovely antique shop filled with beautiful pieces. On the strand was a army surplus store called Col. Bubbie's. Not really my type, but it was fun to go in! Don't go in if you are allergic to dust though! When on the strand look out for a little plaque outside the buildings the show how high the water was when hurricane Ike passed. One thing I really liked about the strand was that there was no chains. They really support the locals there. Right off the strand was a cute little coffee shop called 'Mod' where I had breakfast one morning. If you ever go to Galveston and run across Mod, be sure to drop in and and have a lemon square, YUMMY!

Dos and don'ts of leggings

This is, after all, a fashion blog so here are 2 Dos and don't s of leggings

1. Do stretch the life of a dress by wearing leggings            underneath it.   
2. Don't wear capri leggings under shorts. It just looks plain silly.
