Yellow and blue for me are a classic combination that makes everything a bright and cheery affair. Add this light breezy skirt which I absolutely adore and you have the happiest outfit ever. This outfit is perfect for the much anticipated spring, and those gorgeous heels with the rope at the bottom just set it off.
