Ok. I firstly apologize for my absence, school can take over. I hope I haven't lost all my readers.
So leggings have taken over and are currently ruling the country I live in. Unfortunately, they are not the good kind. :( I quote LMFAO when I say "animal print, pants outta control". Sadly, it's not pants, it's leggings! AHHHHHH!!!!! I am pretty sure I've seen it all, and people think they can be worn as pants. I'm here to tell you they can't!
Leggings are to be worn with a top that COVERS your buttocks and hits at least 1 inch below. With any top that doesn't cover your butt, you can almost be sure to see a panty line. So in other words, leggings are for tunics. They also look really nice with skirts/dresses if you're cold, or if the skirt/dress is short for modesty. Shorts and leggings are acceptable if the leggings are long and worn with boots. So no shorts and leggings for all you Caribbean people! Dresses and skirts CAN be worn with capri leggings.

Back to the crazy leggings. I've seen:
- Multicoloured leopard
- Multicoloured tiger
- Snake skin
- metalic leggings
- sheer leggings

I wear them the way you describe. I only have plain black and usually wear them with boots for ski lodges.
